For this project, your task is to make an app that analyzes an audio file and finds out the mood of the person. If the audio file does not contain speech but something else, the app should be able to tell that the audio does not contain any speech.

The app interface is up to you. Feel free to make it a GUI, web app, or just a CLI. You can find a sample audio file attached in the lecture resources.
