What you need to do:

You have a list of employees and salaries. You need to do the following:

1. Figure out which division they work for

2. Calculate the overall average salary and round it to the nearest integer

3. Calculate the average salary by division

4. Compare the average salary by division to the overall average to see which divisions earn above and which below the overall average
