It is possible to invert the colors of your browser using the Invert extension on Chrome to suit your visual preference. Activating the extension while watching the videos will make my PyCharm theme look light.

Note that the extension does not work if you use the Fullscreen button on the Udemy video player, but it works if you use the Expanded View button:
